On Friday afternoon last week we received a phone call from a company with acute shelf-life problems. We helped this client the same day. By using predictive modelling we found the cause of the shelf life problem. We modified the recipe within the applicable specification and nutritional values and without too many consequences for the taste. On Monday this company was able to start a new production run. We validated the modified recipe afterwards, using an accelerated challenge test.
