Prevention of growth of Listeria in chilled, ready-to-eat, cooked pasta

The growth of Listeria is a known risk for chilled, ready-to-eat, cooked pasta. We have come up with a solution for this type of product, in which the growth of Listeria monocytogenes is ruled out without there being an adverse effect on the taste of the cooked pasta.
