Manufacturer provided with modified recipe within 24 hours

Today we helped a manufacturer with an acute shelf-life problem, by coming up with a new recipe within 24 hours. Using predictive modelling, we calculated the old recipe and modified it into a recipe with improved shelf life. Using our predictive modelling matrixes we can also make an estimation of the expected taste of the end product. Using several lab tests, we produced an almost 100% match with the original recipe as regards taste, ingredients and nutrients.
We subsequently carried out a challenge test on the modified recipe: this test produced the proof that the modified recipe was in fact stable.
