Supervision project for new processing line for chocolate products

This month we are supporting a manufacturer of chocolate products, in identifying critical process parameters for the production of chocolate. Our work methods create order and clarity for operators and management. The process parameters we determine make it possible to better guarantee the quality of the chocolate production and to reduce costs caused by quality problems.
