Growth curves for Listeria monocytogenes - predictive modelling

Over the last month, we have carried out extensive tests to determine the growth curves of various strains of Listeria monocytogenes. We use the data that we collect in this way in our predictive modelling calculation methods in order to reliably predict the growth of both Listeria and spoilage-causing bacteria.
