Prediction of the growth potential of Listeria monocytogenes in salads

Last month, we successfully worked on prediction of the growth potential of Listeria monocytogenes in mayonnaise-based salads, fish salads and salads based on dairy products for several clients.
The substantiation is worked out in accordance with EU 2073.
