Predictive modelling of the shelf life of drinks

Last month we helped out a producer of energy drinks that was having problems with the microbial shelf life of energy drinks. By combining predictive modelling and challenge testing, we can predict with virtually 100% certainty the microbial shelf life of a product. This provides manufacturers in advance with the certainty they need to introduce a new product without sleepless nights.
