Support in compiling the novel food file

This month, we will be supporting a client in compiling the file for approval of a novel food by EFSA, among other things.
Thanks to our smart and validated methods for accelerated physical-chemical and microbiological shelf-life studies, we can reduce the time required to submit this file from 12 months to 4 weeks.
