2020 was another year in which clients turned to us with issues concerning the management of microbiological risks. We have been able to expand our range of services with high-quality products that provide a well-founded solution to the difficult dilemmas involved in estimating microbiological food safety risks, particularly in the area of Listeria monocytogenes.
Despite the turbulence of the past year, we have succeeded in allocating a budget to invest in knowledge and find solutions for the microbiological issues we expect to be facing in the (near) future. In addition, we welcomed two new team members to smartfood R&D this year.
We are looking forward and are very interested in what the new year has to offer. For our clients, we do research, we examine and investigate. But we are also on the lookout ourselves. Team smartfood R&D is looking for...
