Reinforcement of the smartfood R&D team

Last month, Jeroen Pilat started as R&D Microbiology Analyst and physico-chemical analyses at smartfood R&D. Jeroen has over 20 years of work experience, including working as an analyst at FrieslandCampina. His job responsibilities include participation in and contribution to R&D projects, employing accelerated and real time shelf-life tests and carrying out challenge tests with spoilage-causing bacteria and pathogens.
