Team smartfood R&D continues to grow

This month, we can officially welcome Petra Reemst as the newest addition to Team smartfood. An experienced Research Technician, she has earned her spurs by making significant contributions to the development of new products and methods for in-depth microbiological research in dairy products at CSK Food Enrichment.
Petra's work as an R&D analyst will include collaborating on various R&D projects, deploying accelerated and real-time shelf-life studies and performing challenge tests with pathogenic spoilage agents. With her background in dairy, Petra also contributes to the further deepening of our product knowledge.
