Raw materials for raw foods and superfoods are often not treated before they are processed into end products. This means that there are certain specific food-safety risks attached to the processing of these raw materials into raw food end products. Smartfood R&D supports these companies, by drawing up a sound risk inventory, and carrying out combinations of accelerated and real-time shelf-life research.
