We carry out shelf-life research for several clients in order to determine the ultimate shelf life of these products. Before the shelf-life research is carried out, we first of all calculate the recipes in order to gain an initial estimate of the ultimate shelf life. Then we use a combination of accelerated and real-time shelf-life research to determine the definitive shelf life.
