We are working for a client on preservative-free, chilled dressings. What is unique about these dressings is their fresh taste, giving consumers a homemade perception. Yet we are able to achieve a shelf life of 45 days or more for this type of product. The recipes are validated using challenge tests, developed specially for this type of product.
