Latest addition to Team smartfood R&D

Last month, Anis Sapulette joined smartfood R&D as an R&D analyst in microbiology and chemistry. With a background as a microbiology lab technician, he will be trained internally to make a significant contribution to our ambition to grow.
Anis' work as R&D analyst will include performing accelerated and real-time shelf-life testing and challenge testing with pathogenic and non-pathogenic micro-organisms.
With his enthusiasm and a good dose of healthy curiosity, Anis has already mastered a lot of smartfood R&D knowledge in recent weeks. Anis helps us grow by not thinking in problems, but in solutions. In recent weeks, we have come to know Anis as sociable, driven and eager to learn. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and is there for his colleagues. We already feel confident to say that Anis will be a valuable addition to Team smartfood R&D.
