For a client we have come up with a clever solution in which a dressing that is injected into fresh cream cheese helps to improve the microbiological shelf life of the end product. Thanks to this typical smartfood R&D-solution the shelf life of the end product was extended from 10 days to 28 days. The original taste of the product was unaffected.
