Trouble-shooting at start-up of industrial line for sauce production

This month our work included acting as a trouble-shooter at the start-up of an industrial line for the production of sauces. First of all we screened and reformulated recipes, then we identified bottlenecks in the processing line. We are now ready for the first test runs on this line.
