Opening of new lab for research into Listeria

This month we opened our new lab for research into Listeria in food. We will use this lab, not only for challenge tests for Listeria, but also for our own in-depth research into the growth potential of Listeria in food and declaration-friendly solutions that prevent the growth of Listeria.
