This month we welcome Fedde Kingma as a new employee at smartfood R&D. Fedde more than earned his spurs as an R&D analyst at NIZO food research in Ede. Fedde has a great deal of experience in microbial an chemical analyses. He also has a great deal of know-how regarding fermented products and the use of starter cultures and protective cultures.
At smartfood R&D, fedde will be focussing on the further expansion of our specialist physical, chemical and microbiological analyses and the use of protective cultures.
