Ready-to-bake bakery products (cake mixture, biscuits) are a specific risk category. As the chance of these products being nibbled at by children and adults before they have been baked, cannot be ruled out, this kind of products has to be regarded as ready to eat. We are working on a range of ready-to-bake bakery products for a client, who supplies to the international retail industry.
