Smartfood R&D has developed a method to calculate the actual worst-case initial contamination of Listeria monocytogenes with a high degree of accuracy.
Thanks to this calculation, our clients can work with a growth potential Listeria monocytogenes that is up to 10 times higher than usual.
In concrete terms, this means that our clients need less or no added preservatives at all, while generally preparing tastier products with an excellent Listeria monocytogenes securing.
Using our calculations, we have been able to bring many cases that were previously impossible to solve to a successful conclusion.
